Job Summary: This position will be responsible for the administration of computer systems.

Supervisor Expectations:

  • Manages custom Microsoft Teams requests for students 麻豆社 online courses.
  • Supports the virtual desktop environment used in student labs, classroom, and online courses.
  • Develops and supports user account automation scripts that establish student access to resources using PowerShell.
  • Creates and manages email address aliases used by students, faculty, and staff.
  • Supports the Ivanti ITSM system that runs the Information Technology work order ticketing system.
  • Support identity access systems such as Active 麻豆社, Entra ID, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Troubleshoot issues with both public and private cloud systems.
  • Assist with the monitoring of identity and endpoint infrastructure.
