Petition to Reinstate Class Schedule
The class schedule must be reinstated as it was prior to being dropped. Completed form will be submitted automatically to Student Accounts (Bursary) and the Financial Aid Office for review and approval. The approved form will be sent to the Office of the Registrar for processing. If using this form to petition for reinstatement, late add forms are not necessary.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be removed from the reinstated course should payment not be received in the specified time provided to you by Student Accounts. Your classes will not be reinstated a second time.
